Earthly Elements is an organically-minded farm started in 2010 by Jason McMonagle, specializing in growing vegetables and culinary herbs. The farm is located just outside of Madelia in Southern-Minnesota on four acres of reclaimed conventional farmland.
Our main product is a specialty long-lasting salad mix of seasonal lettuces and greens. Our local produce is available to restaurants and clients at farmer’s markets in Madelia and Mankato.
